Buschle, Hubert F. "Herb" CLIFTON PARK Hubert F. "Herb" Buschle, 84, entered into eternal life on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. He was born and educated in Cincinnati, the son of the late Hubert F. and Pauline Buschle. He was graduate of Purcell High School and the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor of business administration, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He continued his postgraduate studies in the MBA a program at Xavier University. He served as captain in the United States Air Force and in the Air Force Reserves in the 1950s. While stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, he was assigned to the C-130 Hercules Aircraft Project and was a flight crew member on its inaugural flight in August 1954. After his tour of duty, Mr. Buschle worked for the Electronic Systems Division of Litton Industries in Cincinnati and Detroit as a zone manager and later as the Northeast district manager headquartered in Albany. While in Detroit, he designed a computerized accounting system for the certified public accounting profession, which Litton marketed nationally. After leaving Litton Industries, Mr. Buschle founded his own company, Albany Business Controls, where he marketed data communications products and services. He and his associates offered consulting services in data communication technologies and state of the art techniques to firms throughout the Northeast. In addition, Mr. Buschle also held a new York State brokers license. Mr. Buschle was active in community affairs, serving as a Boy Scout leader and Little League coach. He was a model train and ship enthusiast and taught train layout and construction in the Shenendehowa High School adult education program. He especially loved the outdoors and the water. He and his wife Gayle, enjoyed 30 wonderful years on their cruiser, Epic on Lake George, where they entertained family and friends. They were members of the Harris Bay Yacht Club. They also enjoyed years of travel, especially autumns on the New England coast and winter months at Sea Trail on Sunset Beach, N.C., where Herb enjoyed many rounds of golf. Most of all Herb loved and enjoyed his family, who loved and enjoyed him in return. He will be deeply missed by his children and their families which include nine grandchildren. Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Gayle C. McNeil Buschle; his children, Kent Buschle of New Hapmshire, Stephen (Lisa) Buschle of Rochester, David Buschle of Queensbury, Julia (Chris) Vomacka of Rexford and Kathryn (Thomas) Cappellett of Collegeville, Pa.; and one brother, Thomas Buschle of Cincinnati. Also survived by nine grandchildren. The family would like to thank the entire staff of the C-Wing and the Hospice Family at the Ellis Hospital for their warm loving care. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 25, 2013 at 10 a.m. at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 569 Clifton Park Center Road, Clifton Park. Inurnment will be in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery with full military honors.
