Carline, Joseph BALLSTON LAKE Joseph Carline, 83, of Huckleberry Lane, entered into eternal life on Sunday, February 16, 2014, at his residence. Joe was born in Amsterdam and was a graduate of Wilbur H. Lynch High School. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Joe was employed as an electronic technician for Professional Electronics in Schenectady for many years until retiring. Joe was a 21 year member of the Colonie Elks lodge 2192 and was the lodge's treasurer for 12 years. He was a ham radio operator. He was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church in Ushers. Joseph was predeceased by his first wife, Irene Rizzo Carline, she died in December 1985, and a stepson, Joseph Lanzarotta, Jr. Survivors include his loving and devoted wife, Raila DeMura Carline; his devoted children and stepchildren, Christopher Carline of Manhattan, Christina (Stephen) Bresnahan of Lancaster, Pa., Joseph Carline, Jr. of Amsterdam, Cathy (Jeffrey) Weiss and Caryn (William) Kent all of Niskayuna and stepdaughter, Joanne (David) Butler of Livermore Calif.; one sister, Barbara Parillo of Glenville; his precious grandchildren, Sean, Brandan, Marissa, Connor, Dayva, Jonah, Hunter and Jeffrey; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church, 2001 Route 9 at Ushers Rd., Round Lake. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-7 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9, Clifton Park. Burial will be in St. Michaels Cemetery, Amsterdam. Memorial contributions may be made to the Colonie Elks Lodge 2192, 11 Elks Lane, Latham, NY 12110-0756. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted by the family to the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, Clifton Park.
