Borini, Louis Joseph GLENVILLE Louis Joseph Borini, 82, of Glenville was peacefully called home by the Lord on January 29, 2014. Louis was born on May 16, 1931 in Pittston, Pa. He was a 1949 graduate of Mont Pleasant High School in Schenectady, and, as a Korean War veteran, achieved the rank of Army corporal. He worked for more than 50 years at General Electric as a machinist. In his retirement years, he worked alongside his twin brother, Charlie, at Northway Auto Exchange. Lou is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia Frasier; his son, Louis Borini Jr. (Nancy) of Rexford, Peter Borini (Barbara) of Rexford; grandchildren, Michael, Marissa and Anthony Borini and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by sisters, Sarah (Ernie) Pierotti, Frances Wigger, Mary (Marv) Lee; and brother, Joseph Borini. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 4, at 10 a.m., at the Glenville Funeral Home, Glenridge Road with the Rev. John Califano officiating. Calling hours, Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Glenville Funeral Home. Arrangements by the DeLegge Funeral Home.
