Sorry to hear about the loss of Dan. I have much gratitude for his encouragement to take sociology classes at Hobart/William Smith College which helped me to return to graduate school to become a social worker, also gratitude for his helping me to develop an affinity for dogs and especially gratitude for many happy times we shared in our precious and innocent youth. May you be at peace, Dan, happily reunited with your parents and with Xenimoh.

Dan was a very quiet person. He would work by himself and never made a fuss. I often wondered what was going on in his life after he retired. It was a shock to hear that he had passed. My condolences to his family. Dan will be greatly missed.

I was blessed to be a close friend to Dan for over 40yrs. We would fish, golf and get into music together. Also go to Yankee games. That's just a little of the things we did. I will miss him dearly. I hope he is up there playing playing scrabble with his Mom Alice. They loved doing that together. I hope he is truly having fun with his Mom and his Dad Bob. RIP DERB!!

My Condolences to the Knickerbocker Family. It was sad to hear of the passing of Dan. Dan was trully a nice, kind respectful person. He always had a quietness i thought, about himself, but he would always talk and speak with me in our passings in the halls at work. RIP Dan, God has received another one of his angels.
