FOSTER Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com Charles C. Foster, 82, died on Sunday, July 29, 2012 of cardiac arrest. Mr. Foster was born in Dallas, Texas on October 23, 1929. He served in the Marine Corps and later graduated from SMU. He moved to Jacksonville in 1966 where he remained until his death. Mr. Foster retired as CFO for TRECO. After retiring he traveled the world many times over. Mr. Foster is survived by his daughters Deborah Schneider and Kendall Foster, and his son Stuart Foster. He is also survived by his extended family, Paula Foster, Andy Hamm and Martha Foster. A Memorial will be held at Athens Caf on 6271 St. Augustine Blvd. on Friday, August 10th, from 4:00 to 7:00pm.
