MOSLEY Graveside services for Robert George Mosley, 78, will be held Friday, February 15, 2013 at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida with Rev. Arthur Taylor officiating. Robert was born on October 9, 1934 in Starke, FL. He went home to be with the Lord on February 11, 2013 in Jacksonville, Florida surrounded by his family. Robert served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War. Robert was survived by his loving wife of over 50 years, Frances Cooper Mosley; five children, Linda (Tony), Debra (Jeff), Larry (Anita), Faith (Charles), and Scott (Tracey); three sisters, Margaret (Joe), Florice and Faye (Gerald); two brothers, Arthur and Ray (Debi); ten grandchildren, Shannon (David), Robbie (Tasha), Melanie (Rand), Ashley (Mike) Nicki (Justin), Cameron, Kaylee, Shelby, Ryan and Angela; five great-grandchildren, Maja, Joshua, Tasbih, Zoey and Kinley, and many other loving family members and friends. Robert loved his family, telling stories, and building. He also has many people he considered family that he met throughout his life, and he opened his door to anyone and everyone. Robert touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Robert s name be made to the St. Jude s Children Hospital.
