THOMAS INGRAM

Obituary Condolences

INGRAM Thomas B. Ingram passed away August 10th. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida February 9, 1937. He was a graduate of The Bolles School and the University of Florida. Tom served on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps from 1956-1958. He was a CPA and worked in various financial management positions. He has been a faithful member of AA for 33 years. He has served as a director for Gateway Community Services and the American Heart Association. He was a communicant of Christ Church, Ponte Vedra, and served as a member of the finance committee of the Episcopal Diocese. He was a gracious gentleman and witty story teller. A lover of the ocean, sports, friends and family, he wore the garments of life loosely (as he often said.) He is survived by his beloved wife Joan, his loving sons Tommy and Kirby and his precious grandchildren Thomas Taylor and Haley Elizabeth. He was preceded in death by his son Michael Ingram, sister, Julie Settle and brother George Ingram. In lieu of flowers, one can donate to Beaches Habitat for Humanity Educational Program, 797 Mayport Road, Atlantic Beach 32233; this is where Tom shared his heart and love as he tutored the children. The service will be Saturday, August 17th at 10:30 AM at Christ Episcopal Church at 2002 San Pablo Road, Jacksonville, FL 32082. Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com
