Agnes Margaret VanDyne, 89, of Toledo died March 28, 2014 in her home. The daughter of John and Margaret Kries Lee, she attended St. Michael Elementary and Central Catholic High School and married Charles VanDyne who preceded her in death in 1990. Her leisure time was spent playing bingo, bowling, including leagues with her daughters, vacationing at the family cabin in Canada, playing at the Milwaukee Casinos and holidays with family, especially her grandchildren. Also preceding her were her siblings Elizabeth Kiefer, Joseph Lee, Mary Langlois and Thomas Lee; daughter-in-law, Cheryl VanDyne; sons-in-law, Geoffrey Zgorzelski and James Stanley and grandchildren, Thomas VanDyne Jr. and Ian VanDyne.
Surviving are her children Thomas (Dorothy) VanDyne, Judy (Phil) Langendonk, Essie (Gary Ryan) Zgorzelski Kenosha WI, Margaret Stanley, Michele (Dell) Barron, Charles VanDyne Jr. Weston OH, and Charlene (John) Pluciniczak Perrysburg OH; twenty-three grandchildren; forty-seven great grandchildren and sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call Thursday from 4-8 p.m. and Friday from 2-8 p.m. in the Thomas I. Wisniewski Funeral Home (between Central and Bancroft), where services will be held Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
