Michael (Karen) Dubiel; grandchildren, Josephine, Baylee, David, Roberto, and Julia. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Judy Bromley, and brother, Gerald Robinson.

While working with Joyce at the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (Toledo) I was so impressed with her knowledge and intellect on a wide variety of subjects. She was definitely well-read but despite all of her book knowledge, she was down to earth and very approachable. She will be very missed by all who knew her. Robert Martinez, Tucson, AZ

Joyce was TRULY a character, full of good stories and LOTS of fun to hang out with. I'm glad to have known her, no matter how briefly. It's a fortunate family that had her as its wife/mom/grandma. I'm sorry we have to miss her for a while, but look forward to seeing her later.

My deepest sympathy at the loss of such a wonderful woman, Joyce Dubiel. We had a chance to work together and she was amazing in her work ethic, her insight and her ability to resolve matters effectively. She spoke often about the family she loved so dearly. The memories I have will live on. May God comfort the Dubiel family and friends at this tremendous loss.
