Patricia D. Robarge, 75, a long time Sylvania resident, passed away, Sunday, December 29, 2013, at the Ebeid Hospice Residence. Pat was born August 15, 1938, in
Monroe, Michigan. Pat was employed as an Occupational Therapist at the Skills Center of the Monroe Intermediate School District for more than 19 years, before retiring in 1998. In the mid-1970s, she also owned and operated The Prospector, an arts and crafts store, where she sold art supplies and taught art classes. Pat was a 1961 graduate of The Ohio State University, and has been loyal and faithful fan ever since. Pat was a very talented artist. Anything new that she tried, with a little bit of practice, she mastered. Everyone she met was touched by her loving nature and sarcastic wit.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen (Gregory) Kirwen and Susan (Terrence) Erney; grandchildren, Abbey, Davis, Chris, Griffin, and Carris, and brother, David Kipp.
Friends are invited to gather at the Reeb Funeral Home 5712 N. Main St., Sylvania, OH on Friday, January 3, from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please give memorials in Pat's honor to the Toledo Humane Society at 1920 Indian Wood Circle, Maumee, OH 43537, or any pet rescue organization of the donor's choosing.
