Weldon L. Greathouse entered into eternal rest on May 30, 2014. He was born April 23, 1932 in DeKalb, TX to Loys and Lovie Mae (McGill) Greathouse. The family moved to Santa Maria, CA when he was a young boy. He served in the US Marine Corp during the Korean War, earning a Purple Heart. He retired from Oroweat Baking Co. in 1991 in Tucson. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing in the White Mts., and dove hunting. Weldon was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and a sister. He was loved deeply and will be missed by his wife of 63 years, Wanda; children, Susan (Bill), Sandra (Dave), Scott (Debbie) and Sonja (Nick); grandchildren, Hilary, Jared, Nickolas, Joshua, Jessika and Rachel; brother, Bob; many nieces, nephews and other loved ones. Thank you to the staff at Hospice Family Care & Infinity Assisted Living. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 6, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL. Interment to follow at Eastlawn Cemetery. We'll see you in heaven Dad!
