CENTREVILLE James W. Jones Sr., age 80, of Centreville, formerly of Wheatfield, Indiana, died June 10, 2013.

Jim was born November 15, 1932, in Hammond, Indiana to the late James T. and Rose Jones. He retired from LTV Steel and was a Naval Veteran who served in the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, James W. Jones, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Joan Jones; son, Kevin Jones (Monica) of Centreville, Ala., formerly of Wheatfield, Ind.; daughter, Denise Klevickes (Randy) of Mich.; stepdaughter, Shirley Dayberry (Gene) of Texas; stepsons, Glenn Bookwalter (Jo) of Hebron, Ind., Michael Bookwalter of Ga., and Dale Bookwalter of S.C.; one sister; four brothers; and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Jim spent a great deal of time serving and delivering meals to the Senior Citizens of Centreville and Brent, Ala. and his favorite past time was restoring and showing his classic and antique automobiles.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2013, at Frazier Funeral Home, 621 S. Halleck Street, DeMotte, Indiana 46310. Burial will follow in Memory Lane Cemetery in Schererville, Indiana with Frazier Funeral Home of DeMotte directing. Visitation will be Sunday, June 16, 2013, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Brent Senior Center in Brent, Ala.
Jim will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
