James C. ADAMS Obituary
August 20,1922 - February 13, 2013 Formerly of White Bear Lake Passed away peacefully on Wed. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years Tomiko (Betty). Survived by daughter, Vicky Adams; sister, Shirley V. Brown; many nieces, nephews and good friends. Jim was born in Tissen, MO and grew up St. Louis, MO. He volunteered for the U.S. Army in 1940 and served during WWII and the Korean War. He was a proud veteran of 22 Years. Jim also worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in St. Paul. Jim enjoyed much in his life: his family, his friendships, animals, drawing, travel and serving his country. He will be greatly missed. Thanks to the Healtheast Hospice in their care he died with dignity and comfort. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. 651-645-1233
