Age 88 Of St. Anthony Village Passed away peacefully amongst family on Nov. 2, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, John and Julia; brothers, Dr. John Kosiak and Dr. William Kosiak; sister, Mary Ann Rajacich; and great-grandson, Amos Bennett. He will be deeply missed by wife of 64 years, Helen; son, Michael (Lisa); son, Dr. John (Rhonda); daughter, Connie (John) Rymarchick; son, Jim (Renee); grandchildren, Kristine (Paul) Larson, Julie (Sam) Arneson, Josh (Jessica) Bennett, Megan (Dave) Braun, Michael, Cortney, James, Elly, Carlye and Tommy; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Dr. Irene (Dr. Tony) Perpich; sister, Eve Robinson; many nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Chisholm, Minnesota, Michael was a 1942 graduate of Chisholm High School. After 2 1/2 years of military service in WWII as a Navigator of a B-24 bomber, Michael graduated from college and medical school at the University of Minnesota in 1954. He was director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for Regions Hospital for over 40 years. Devoted husband, father, grandpa, and great-grandpa. He loved traveling the world with his wife and treasured his annual fishing trips to Canada and deer hunting trips with friends, children and grandchildren. Memorials preferred to the or Nativity Lutheran Church.
