My husband Max & I used to deliver sqad cars and state vehicles for Bill. He was always such a gentleman and he will be missed by many. He used to call me Helen Highwater, such a great sense of humor. He is with his loving Pat now

Billy will missed by many. He was a kind and loving person. I worked with Billy Boy for many years at Ford. Thoughts and prayers are with his family in remembering all of the good times you shared. I will always remember him and how he treated everyone! He was one hell of a good man!
