William Stuart Obituary

Stuart, William Earl "Bill" age 89, of Arden Hills Formerly of St. Paul Born September 7, 1919 in St. Paul, son of the late Earl James Stuart and Olga Theodora "Toots" (Carlsen) Stuart. Bill worked at various Twin Cities auto dealers and at Superior Ford for 32 of his 70 years in that industry, retiring at age 87. Proud WWII Army Air Corps Veteran and 1937 St. Paul Central graduate. Everywhere Bill went he knew somebody. Predeceased in 2008 by beloved wife of 60 years, Patricia (Hanley) Stuart, son Richard in 1950, and sister Dorothy Gustafson. Survived by sister Jean Hatfield, daughters Paula Stuart-Warren, Linda (Don) DuBois, and Sheila Stuart. Six grandchildren Jimmy Warren, Katie (Dino) Dougherty, Patrick Warren, Danielle DuBois, Tim DuBois, Shawn Stuart, and six great grandchildren Kaylene, Ryan, Nathan, Kendall, Hudson, and Hailey, special caregivers Sarah, Dorrian, and Monica Guy, special niece Mary Gustafson, many other nieces and nephews, and many good friends and neighbors. Funeral Service 10:45 AM Monday, April 27, 2009 at The Roseville Memorial Chapel, 2245 Hamline Ave. N. Visitation from 9 AM until the time of the service. Special thanks to Dr. Anne-Marie Mischel and the ICU staff and doctors at St. John's Hospital in Maplewood. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. Billy Boy, we will miss you! 651-631-2727
