Holder, Charles "Chuck" Lanphear 06/20/1922 ~ 05/09/2013 SAN DIEGO -- Chuck Holder left this world, as he lived, with great dignity. He fought bravely with courage for our freedom in World War II and in the Korean War in V-F 53 Squadron, and later as a flight Engineer in the U.S. Navy. Chuck served our country for 20 years. He was a beloved husband, father and friend. Chuck is survived by "the love of his life" his wife Billie Jean, devoted daughter Terri Jean and husband Dr. William Christie, sons Michael and Suzie Holder and John and Celia Holder, four grand- children Todd, Shawna, Corina, Wesley, and five great-grandchildren Shaylee, Shakiah, Riley, Sienna and Lilly Pearl. Services at Our Lady of Grace Church, 2766 Navajo Rd., El Cajon, Ca 92020, May 20th, 11:30 a.m. Committal Services with Military Honors will follow at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr., Miramar, Ca 92122 at 2 p.m.
