Bolding, "Bo" Royce Stephens 03/18/1935 ~ 08/31/2013 RAMONA/ OCEANSIDE Royce Stephens "Bo" Bolding, devoted husband, loving and dedicated father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle & friend, passed away on August 31, 2013. After serving 22-1/2 years in the Navy, going overseas to Vietnam, and being stationed at Hawaii's Pearl Harbor, he began a career in building maintenance until retiring for good. He was a Ramona resident for 32 years. He moved to Oceanside to reside with his daughter Kathy when his Alzheimer's disease took over. Those who had the privilege to know him knew he was sincere and the kindest heart you would ever know. He was a dedicated husband and dad, a great friend and mentor. Bo began to volunteer at the Ramona Sheriffs' Department in September of 2003 with his wife Kathy. He received numerous awards for his outstanding service and dedication to the department and the lives he touched each day in the community. He will be severely missed by all those he left behind. Services will be held on Monday, October 28, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery with full military honors.
