Aunt Trinie, I heard so much about you through my father, Lito Calma. I finally met you when you visited the Philippines after 23 years in 1981. We never spoke to each other, maybe I said "HI" when my father introduced us to you and Uncle Jim. I've watched you dance and sing with admiration during your visit. When I came to the US in 1997, my father reminded me to get in touch with you. When I called you the first time, you made me feel as if you knew me all this time. We've had several phone conversations through the years, exchanged Christmas cards, gifts and letters, which I will always treasure. Aunt Trinie, it was an honor and a pleasure knowing you and I thank you for the memories. I am proud to be your niece. You will always be in our hearts and you will surely be missed. Love, Alvine Calma Beland.

To my dearest Aunt Trina. You will always be remembered by your beauty, poised and for being sophisticated woman, but most of all; you will always be remembered with your unconditional love, dedication and generosity to your brothers and sisters and to your own family.
