Obituary Condolences

ULLMANN, CHARLES B. Charles B. Ullmann died peacefully, January 28, 2013, in a hospital in Westminster, California. He was born in New York, November 3, 1920. He served in the Army Air Corp. in World War II in the South Pacific Theatre. After WWII, his military career took him many exciting places: Paris to Chile and more. After his military service of 20 years, he joined the IRS in Reno, Nevada, a career that took him to San Diego, where lived until one year ago. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Degree in accounting. He remained with the IRS for 20 years where he retired to prepare taxes for private individuals. Chuck's loves were golf and travel. He took many cruises through the Panama Canal. His travels also took him to China, Bahamas, Alaska and many other places. His two favorites were the Panama Canal and Three Rivers Cruise in Europe. He is survived by his son Charles, daughter-in-law Bonnie, grandchildren, Lisa, Jessica and Brian, brother Richard and his wife JoAnne, and step-sister Georgiana Fletcher. Graveside services will be held a Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery early March. Donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
