CLINTON, Mass. - Doris S. (Gagne) Cyr, 84, formerly of 99 Woodruff Road, died Sunday, May 12, 2013, in Sterling Village, Sterling, after an illness. Her husband of 53 years, Floyd R. Cyr, died in 2000.

She leaves two daughters: Beverly A. Carey and her husband, William, of Northborough and Toni M. O'Toole and her husband, David, of Lancaster; a sister, Lorraine Theim of Florida; three grandchildren: Scott Carey and his wife, Karyn, and Meaghan and Katherine O'Toole; two great-grandchildren, McKenzie and William Carey; nieces and nephews.
Doris was born in Allenstown, N.H., daughter of Louis I. and Antoinette M. L. (Boisvert) Gagne. She attended local schools and Pembroke Academy, and was long-time resident of Clinton.
For 35 years, Doris worked for the former ITT Suprenant, Clinton, as a shipping clerk, retiring in 1989.
She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, and an avid bingo and card player.
SERVICES: Doris's funeral will be held on Thursday, May 16, from the McNally & Watson Funeral Home, 304 Church St., Clinton, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Lancaster. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours at the funeral home today from 5 to 8 p.m. For those who wish, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Susan B.
