DOVER - Leo Albert Gosselin, 77, of Dover, died on May 10, 2013, at the VA Medical Center in Manchester.

He was born Dec. 5, 1935, in Nashua, and was the son of late Leo and Thelma Gosselin. Leo was raised and educated in Nashua, and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a tank driver in Germany.

He was an entrepreneur at heart and owned and operated numerous businesses throughout his life. He loved bowling, dancing, skiing and playing cards.

Leo is survived by his significant other Carol Sanborn, with whom he shared his passion for life the past seven years; and his children, Brenda Williams, Kathleen Longsderff, Jeffrey Gosselin, Jonathan Gosselin, James Gosselin; and Duane Stoddard, who Leo considered a son; nine grandchildren; plus many lifelong friends.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the wonderful staff at the VA Medical Center for their end-of-life quality care.

Burial service with full military honors will be held Friday, June 14, at the N.H. State Veterans Cemetery, 110 D.W. Highway, Boscawen, at 10:30 a.m. A remembrance service will also be held Sunday, May 19, at the VA Medical Center Chapel, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, at 3 p.m.
