To Constant family: Bob deeply missed. My memory when I met Bob first time when he came to visit the Height Fire Station. As I was taking him around Engine #7, I just know that he wanted to become a fire fighter. He will be missed by all of us.

I offer condolences to Bob's family. I can remember him visiting central station when he was at a young age,awaiting the day he could become a Firefighter. Well he fulfilled his childhood dream. He proved to be a great firefighter and an excellent officer. R.I.P. my brother....

Bob was always respected as providing a postive and calm influence to those who serverd with him.
