Concetta (Tina) DeBellis 68, of Marcy, passed away peacefully on Thursday September 26, 2013, at her home surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on February 6, 1945, in Tocco Casauria, Italy, a daughter of the late Lorenzo and Irma (DiPiero) DAngelo. Tina was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church in Whitesboro. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and sister who cherished the time that she spent with her family especially her adored children and grandchildren. She graciously welcomed everyone into her home and treated everyone just like her own family. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children, Bruno DeBellis, Jr., of Hoboken, NJ, Marisa Mancini, of Marcy and Michael DeBellis, also of Marcy. She also leaves her adored grandchildren, Giacomo Mancini, Alessandro Mancini, and Matthew Walter. She leaves a brother, Eustachio DAngelo and his wife, Anna, of Rome, and a sister, Mannina Morizio and her husband, Tony, of CA; her three nieces and a nephew, Lucia Morizio, Lorenzo Morizio, Irma Gualtieri and Caterina Kernan; her cousins, Mary Ciccotti and Nina Daniello, both of Rome, and Dr. Sandro Sticca, of Vestal, NY. She also leaves her close friends, Tina Caggese and Frank and Wendy Karas and their family. The family wishes to sincerely thank Hospice & Palliative Care, Faxton St. Lukes Health Care Oncology Unit, and Dr. Samir Desai especially Nurse Practitioner Wendy for the wonderful care complemented by true compassion that was given to Tina during her illness. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated on Monday at 11:30 AM at St. Pauls Catholic Church in Whitesboro. Entombment will be in Holy Trinity Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum. There are no public calling hours, the family will receive visitors at the conclusion of the Funeral Mass.
