GLENNES R. "PINKY" REESE 1/24/2014 - 1/6/2014 Glennes R. "Pinky" Reese, age 76, passed away on January 6, 2014, in Riverside. Pinky, a resident of California for most of her life, lived in Riverside for one year. Prior to this time she lived in Hesperia, Corona and Huntington Beach. Pinky was born in Fallbrook, California to Glen and Frances (Boren) Trester. Pinky was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 53 years, Dave Reese. Pinky is survived by her son, Gye (Olivia) Reese of Riverside, daughter, Ranae (Tom) Shanley, of Riverside, grandchildren, Brooke and Tyler Reese, Andrea and Michael Shanley and great-grandchildren, Ryder and Decyln Burnett. Pinky is also survived by her sister, Penny (Jerry) Bragg of San Diego, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Pinky was a member of the Elks (BPOE) Lodge, in the High Desert, and served as an officer prior to moving to Riverside to be closer to her family. Pinky had many friends and relatives and will be sadly missed. She will always be in our hearts and thoughts. Services will be held at 9:45 AM on January 24, 2014, at the Riverside National Cemetery where Pinky will be interned with her husband.
