Born in Carberry Manitoba, David is predeceased by his loving wife Olga, and survived by daughter Andrea (Elijah), grandson Asher; son Michael (Gail), granddaughter Amelia and grandson Finnegan. David will be greatly missed by his extended Malysheff family, by many dear friends, and by the caring staff at Seton Villa Retirement Centre. Prior to a distinguished career as a Civil Engineer (P.Eng, UBC), David proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces during WWII. David was a loving father who was happiest when watching the BC Lions, walking at Ambleside, or fishing. He didn't always catch a fish but when he did it was a beauty.
