MAINES, Roy Conrad
Died at age 92 February 24, 2013 at Elim Village, Surrey. Well known in the jewelry business for 50 years; he was the owner of Reid Jewelry, Brentwood. In earlier years he worked on Canadian Pacific ships and served 4 years in the Merchant Marines during WWII. He is survived by his wife Marie, daughter Margot, and two sons Mark (Kerry) and Paul (Janice). Five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Conrad's Life will be held at the Oasis Auditorium, Elim Village, 9008-158 Street (main entrance off 160) Surrey at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 17. Reception following. In lieu of flowers memorial donations payable to: Northside Foursquare Church, 1460 Lansdowne Dr., Coquitlam, BC V3E 2N9 for D & R Sheppard Ministries of Mexico.
