Employed as a Sr. Special Agent with the US INS, his career spanned 26 years and included specialization in Drugs and Organized Crime. Jim obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southeastern University (1980). Sky Pilot, a nickname Jim earned while Chaplain at American Legion Post 10, will be especially remembered for his mob stories, dirty jokes and model ships. It was his "take me as I am" attitude that endeared him to so many.
