Deb was born February 20, 1964 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A month later, she was welcomed into the Dan and Sue Gruetzmacher family, where she was raised on the family hobby farm in the Wausau area. On December 23, 1995, Deb was united in marriage to Brad Kronstedt in Wisconsin Rapids.
From a young age, Deb had a connection with horses. She loved spending time riding and training the horses her parents bought and kept for her on the family farm. At the age of 35, Deb found and connected with her birth mother, Judy. Her love of animals led her to become a 4-H Leader. Deb also had a love for fishing and driving the boat. She was a very loving and accepting person. Despite her many health struggles over the years, she never let illness get her down. She had a very strong will to live and see her children grow and had a very special love for her grandson, Logan. Deb was a great cook and liked to garden. She also enjoyed playing BINGO at Strawberry Lane and the Elks Lodge.
Deb is survived by her husband, Brad, Wisconsin Rapids; son, Jason (Leslie) Kronstedt, Wisconsin Rapids and their son, Logan; daughter, Kayli Kronstedt, Vermillion, South Dakota; parents, Dan and Sue Gruetzmacher of Wausau; brother, Jeff (Colleen) Gruetzmacher, Wausau; birth mother, Judy (Harry) Hoyt of Merton, WI; three sisters: Jodie (Tom) Lane, Greendale, WI, Jamie (Gilbert) Frenn, Greenfield, WI, and Amy (Troy) Andersen, Merton, WI; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Garry (Sherry) Kronstedt, Wisconsin Rapids; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sheila (Jeff) Knutson, Arpin, WI; many nieces and nephews; a special dog, Belle; and two longtime friends, Erin Morgan and Lori Brown. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and many beloved pets.
Deb's family will be establishing a memorial at a later date.

Sue, Dan and Family, Was so sadden to learn of Deb's passing. Missed her at the last few Zastrow cousin's lunches. Deb was always so much fun to talk to about our love of animals, especially dogs. She had so much enthusiasm for life and dealt with her health struggles with a lot more humor and courage than anyone I have ever met. Your family has endured a lot since losing Aunt Irene. I know she was waiting with open arms to ease Deb's transition. All of you are in our prayers.
