Roger Aaron Miller (Last Of The Good Guys) our beloved father entered in the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ on March 9, 2013, in Glendale Arizona.
Roger was born in Wausau, Wisconsin, on May 22, 1929, to Elsie and Aaron Miller. Roger worked the family farm as a young man as well as attending the University of Wisconsin. Roger enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1952, and was quickly given a commission in the U.S. Air Force, where he flew military jets over the Artic Sea. Roger met and married his wife, Ann in 1954. He and Ann lived the Alaskan adventure during their early marriage, followed by traveling across the country, stationed in states such as Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska (where he finished his education at the University of Nebraska), Oregon and Colorado. In 1967, Roger resigned his commission in the Air Force, relocating his family to Phoenix, Arizona, where he and his wife became leaders in the developing computer age as programmers. Roger was an avid sportsmen and hunter, leading his family on countless adventures in wildernesses across the country, doing what he loved most, spending quality time with his family.
Roger is survived by his wife, Ann; brother, Tom; daughter, Deborah Wheeler; sons, Lyle, Brian, and Chris; nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
