Wesley James Turner, aged 96, died on August 11, 2014 at home with his family in Arlington. A beloved man, with wonderful humor and warmth, he served as an Army soldier in WWII, became an accomplished pianist, and inspired children as a music teacher. He was buried in Jeffersonville, Georgia. Mr. Turner is survived by his daughter, Jean, of New Orleans and his son, John, daughter-in-law, Jennifer, and granddaughters, Charlotte and Stella, of Arlington.
