Robert Bob McKenna Jr., 74, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Nov. 29, 2012. He was born Oct. 24, 1938, in Dorchester, Mass., Bob was proud to serve in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was as a Veterans Agent in Pembroke, Mass., and a meter reader with Boston Edison. He retired to Port Charlotte, Fla., in 1995 from Kingston, Mass. He was a member of the Elks and was past president of Pembroke Pines Lions Club. He loved Florida and golf. Most of all he loved life. Bob is greatly missed by his wife, Donna; sons, Robert (Kelly) McKenna III and Kevin (Heather) McKenna, both of Marshfield, Mass.; daughter, Lori McKenna of Pembroke, Mass.; stepson, Jonathan (Tammy) Neal of Kingston, Mass.; seven grandchildren, Molly, Thomas, Kelsey, Jacqueline, Jessica, Drew and Kyle. Services are private.

Donna, Bobby, Kevin and your families: My sincere sympathy on the loss of your husband/father. I am a second cousin and have great fond memories of Bobby when I was younger. I'll never forget that handsome smiling face driving his red convertible.May he rest in peace and you will all be in my prayers.
