Passed away at home following a lengthy battle with cancer, surrounded by family, on Wednesday February 6, 2013 at the age of 46. Loving wife, soulmate and best friend of Mike Hall. Dear stepmom of Corey and Kevin. Cherished daughter of Tom and the late Vivian (2004). Dear sister of Kim (Ken) and Mark (Brenda). She will be fondly remembered by her nephew Jordain, and by the rest of her aunts, uncles, family and friends. Pat's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Sunday at the
