Cindy - I wanted to add that my memories of Steve include his smiling face sitting by me in court and that he ALWAYS had great things to say about you and your kids. That is a fine man. He may have struggled in the end, but is now pain free and happy in heaven. May you and your girls always remember the good times, the sweet man he was, and that he is watching you now from above where he is happy and stress free. He will be waiting for you there when it is your time and you all will get to spend eternity with him. God bless you all. My heart goes out to you.

I ache for you....knowing your aching will go on and on. May you somehow find a place of peace to begin the healing. There aren't any words that work now. .....since the only words you want to hear now are that this didn't really happen. I pray for God's love shared through others will bring some comfort.

Cindy and the Entire Lowe Family,
I knew Steve for a short time as a fellow LEO in the Tri-City area. He was always viewed in our eyes as a great Cop. As already stated, there is only one Judge on this one.
I pray for you, the children and the family the best and hope some day you can remember him for the good things he did and stood for.
RIP Steve.
