Albrecht, Sr., of Parkville, was the owner and operator of Albrecht's Service Station on Harford Road in Parkville; Beloved husband of Doris (nee Carmen) Albrecht; loving father to Theresa L. Stiefel and her husband Richard, William H. Albrecht, Jr. and his wife Kyle, Joseph W. Albrecht,Sr. and his wife Jean-Marie, David L. Albrecht and his wife Nancy, Mary E. Carter and her husband Mark and the late Dona L. Albrecht. Also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Family and friends will honor William's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services -Parkville 8800 Harford Road Parkville, Maryland 21234, Monday 3-7PM where a funeral liturgy will be held on Tuesday at St. Isaac Jogue's Church at 11:00 AM. Joel Becker , 83 from 1107 Molesworth Rd Parkton MD. Passed away on 8/31/2015 RIP Dad. Joel had a long and distinguished career with the City of Baltimore and enjoyed skiing, swimming, the beach, and weight training. He is survived by his three Children, Michael Becker of Wake Forest NC, Steven Becker of Baltimore Maryland, and Susan Becker of San Diego CA. Also survived by his 3rd wife Bonnie Becker. Lapachinsky, Helen  
Helen Lapachinsky, age 89, died peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on September 1, 2015 following a long illness. Mary Helen was born on September 24, 1925 in Baltimore, MD to parents Carrie and Elmer Vogt. She graduated from Eastern High School and attended Johns Hopkins University. She worked for 48 years at Greenwoods and National Finance Adjusters. She was a dedicated employee who was respected and cherished for her wit, intelligence and charm. Helen, also known as "Big H" to family and friends, left behind many beautiful memories. She forever touched the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to have known her. She is survived by daughters and sons in law Nancy and Jeff Harbour and Marta and Richard Chavatel and daughter Lisa Mullaney. Her cherished grandchildren Tahlia and Jake Harbour and Caroline, Katie, and Walker Chavatel will always remember her as "the wildest and most fun grandmother anyone could have". Rest in peace, Mom Mom. The family is planning a celebration of life in her honor, date to be determined shortly.
