Anne Argo Obituary
Anna Lea Argo, age 68, passed away August 19, 2015 following a lengthy battle with lung cancer.
Anna was born in July in Albuquerque, NM to her parents, Anthony and Beverly Crowder. She married the love of her life, Jim Argo, on Valentine's Day 1971. The Argo's moved to El Paso, TX, before settling in Tempe, AZ. Anna returned to New Mexico after her husband, Jim, passed away.
Anna is survived by her daughter, Holly Argo; son, Jesse Argo; and her two grandchildren, Nathan Long and Hannah Argo. She is also survived by her mother, Beverly Crowder; her sisters, Toni Thomas, Laura Ray, Celeste King and their families. She also leaves many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Jim; her sister, Deborah Kubler; and father, Anthony Crowder.
A visitation will be held Saturday, August 22, 2015, 9:00 a.m., with a service at 10:00 a.m., at FRENCH - University. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Please visit our online guestbook for Anna at

I am saddened to hear of the passing of my friend Anna. We had many good times together growing up in the South Valley. It was fun spending the night in the big house she and her family lived in on Sunset Blvd. I remember I was envious she could sing like Patsy Cline! Hope she is singing with the angels!
