Byron Keith Romer II, 45, passed away of natural causes on Monday, November 4, 2013.

Keith was born San Diego, CA, on September 25, 1968, to Arlene and Byron Romer. He moved to Alaska with his mother, father, and brother in 1971. Keith attended Russian Jack Elementary School, Clark Jr. High School, and East High School. He enjoyed having fun with his family, playing baseball, bowling, camping, hiking, fishing, cross country skiing, drawing, and studying outside of school. Keith worked at various locations in Anchorage and in the fishing industry. He was a very quiet person, until you got him talking, especially if you piqued his interest.

Keith is survived by his children, Byron III, and Brittany; his parents, Arlene, Byron and stepmother, Yvonne; brother, Wayne, sister in law, Leona; nephew, Kahua; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles in Anchorage, throughout Alaska, and in the lower 48.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held for Keith at St. Anthony's Catholic Church at 825 S. Klevin St., in Anchorage, Alaska, on Monday November 11th at 11 a.m., with a potluck reception following in the basement of the church.
