Carl Richard Bowie III, born October 15, 1987 died in Anchorage on Tuesday February 19, 2013.

He will be remembered for his loving and caring ways. He had a huge heart full of love to give and was crazy in love with his children. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and will remain in our hearts forever.

Carl is survived by his 8 year old daughter Katelyn, and 2 year old son Ethan, his love Alexandria and parents, Carl Richard Bowie Jr., Scott and Trena Thompson and Martin Gamez. Grandparents Rosaline Patterson, Ray and Terry Nibert; great grandmother Clara Nibert-Townsend; sister Haley; brothers Cole, Jacq and Caden. Aunts and uncles include, Cheryl Bowie, Danny and Misty Cartes, Charles Owen, Tanya Bridges and Kealani Nibert, along with many cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Monday the 25th of February at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Lake Hood Chapel from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The Chapel address is 3340 W. 40th Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the memorial fund set up for Carl's Children at Wells Fargo Bank. It will be available beginning Wednesday, February 27th, under the name of Carl Richard Bowie III.
