Lifelong resident, Clark Babbitt, died August 20th, 2012 at his home in South Anchorage.

A funeral will be held Saturday, August 25th, 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Klatt Chapel, 11701 Puma Street (on the corner of Klatt and Puma).

Clark attended Bayshore Elementary, Campbell Elementary, Mirror Lake Middle School, Palmer Middle School, and Dimond High School where he graduated in 2011. He then briefly attended Charter College to study Network Security. He enjoyed frolfing (disc golf), playing the guitar, being with friends, watching movies, listening to music, playing video games, reading, and family activities.

About him, his family says, "Clark brightened a room when he entered. He had a great big smile and crystal blue eyes. He loved to joke around and make everyone laugh. He had lots of friends and family who loved him. We'll never, ever forget him and we're heartbroken to have lost him so young."

He is survived by: parents, Shawn and Cheryl Babbitt of Anchorage; little brother Scott; older sister Arianna Haines of Arkansas; cousin (and brother) Ryan Iacovelli. Grandparents: Patrick Smutz and Susie Carter Smutz, Warren & Marcia Muench. Uncles and Aunts: Amber Carter, Jeffrey Babbitt, Ephraim and Tina Carter, Aaron and Candy Carter, Joseph and Crystal Carter, Bruce Carter, Rick and Terri Carter, David and Shannan Muench, Kimi Muench, and Danielle and Jess Purdy. Cousins: Veaya Carter, Lilly Carter, Zane Carter, Jacob Carter, Elizabeth Carter, Sophia Carter, Sawyer Carter, Sayra Carter, Christopher Carter, and Chris Carter. Great Aunts and Uncles: Tony and Donna LaFramboise, Carol Williams, Shirley Schmidt, Philip (Flip) and Linda LaFramboise, Larry and Pam LaFramboise, Marcel LaFramboise, Linda and Jim Wallace, Diann Martin, Charlotte Fetters, Terese and Rick Grant, Janice and Monte LaBrie, and Patricia LaFramboise.

He is preceded in death by grandparents Beverly Babbitt, Henry (Hank) Babbitt, and David Carter. Cousins: Sevren Carter. Great Aunts and Uncles: Greg LaFramboise, Ronald LaFramboise, Donald LaFramboise, and Donald LaFramboise II.
