Doug was born September 13, 1970 to Donald Reid & Shirley Marie (Parker) Brown in Renton, WA. His family moved to Anchorage in 1972. Growing up, Doug enjoyed camping and fishing with family and friends. Doug was loyal to his longtime friends. He attended Service High School and continued at University of Alaska Fairbanks. In 1996, he married his wife, Lynn. During their married life together, they "adopted" and welcomed many new friends into their family. In this time he showed how he was helpful with a very kind, loyal and giving heart. 2010 brought the great joy of a beautiful daughter, Victoria.
