Glen Campbell passed away to join his God and Maker on Oct. 16, 2016. A God loving man and native son of Oklahoma, Glen was the pillar not only of his family, but of the Anchorage Community as well. He was a man of tremendous strength, great depth and character, whose smile and laugh would warm the coldest Alaskan day. Glen was a great businessman who owned Tri Me Records and Tapes and Remember Me Records and Tapes, which were both successful businesses. Anyone who was lucky enough to be a guest of the Campbell's on a summer holiday was treated to Mr. Campbell's BBQ Cooking prowess, a treat they would not soon forget! He was known and loved by many, especially his wife of 49 years, Dianne. He leaves a host of sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends, all of whom loved him dearly.
The Guest Book is expired.
There will be a celebration of Glen's life on Nov. 3, 2016, at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 855 East 20th Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Arrangements are with Janssen's Evergreen Memorial Chapel.
