Joyce Williams Obituary
A memorial service celebrating Jody's life will be held from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2011, Chickaloon Landing, Common Room, 8901 Peck Avenue.
Jody was born June 22, 1930, in Lima, Ohio. Jody joined the United States Navy on Aug. 12, 1952, and served until May 4, 1954. She worked for the state of North Carolina, Mt. View Rec Lunch Program. She moved to Alaska in September 1996.
She enjoyed spending time with Mary, Fran, Clara, Flo and many other wonderful friends at Chickaloon Landing. Her favorite Bible passage was Psalm 23 and she was a lifelong member of the Pentecostal Church.
Jody is survived by her son, Steven James Madden of S.C.; and daughter, Michelle Jenkins of Anchorage.

Was so surprised to here about Jody ,She was a special lady and Cliff and I will miss her .Our hearts go out to her family ,will keep you all in our prayers .We love you Jody ,rest in peace.
