Kendra "Kenny" Elizabeth Lewis of Anchorage passed away on April 26, 2013, at the age of 21. She was born in Anchorage Alaska on February 21, 1992, and was a cook at Olympic Cafe in Kapaa, Kauai.
Kendra was loved by many. She had a light that always shined. A drive that never gave up, and a heart that was strong, caring, compassionate and loving. She was a great person and had ambitions and goals in life. Even though she is gone, her light will shine. She was a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, granddaughter and friend. She blessed everyone with 21 years of her beautiful life and the memories she shared will always be cherished.
She is survived by her mother and step-father, Maria and Jeremy Ketchum; father, Michael Lewis; sister, Kyna Lewis, brother, Cy Lewis; half brother, Sean Lewis; step-sister, Tristyn Ketchum; grandparents, Ken Lewis, Sigrid Vanek, Tania Welch, Harry Wagner, Judy Ketchum; numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Hilltop Ski Chalet from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
