Kevin Michael Colegrove passed away peacefully on December 3, 2011 after battling cancer for almost two years. He was surrounded by his family until his final moment. Following his Active service he joined the Nevada Army National. Kevin moved to Alaska in July 1996 and worked for the Alaska Army National Guard as a Facility Manager and Contracting Officer. He retired on June 1, 2008.

His families state, "Kevin was a loving and dedicated husband, easy going and liked by many. He enjoyed traveling and visiting National Parks and Monuments around the country.
