Liam Bruce Lloyd, 17 months, died May 29, 2011, at Providence Alaska Medical Center surrounded by family members. Liam was born Dec. 17, 2009, in Wasilla to parents Justin and Danielle Lloyd.

Liam brought joy to the lives of his parents, grandparents and all who came into contact with him. His sweet nature and mischievous smile made him irresistible to everyone. He loved music, being sung to, dancing and pillow fights. He was all boy and loved rocks, airplanes and playing outside with sticks, dirt and bugs. In spite of being all boy, he also loved everything shiny and lending a hand as Mommy put on makeup. He adored spending time with his grandparents and was just getting used to helping with his little brother.

He is survived by his parents, baby brother Finnley, great-grandmother Katie Hansen, grandparents Bill and Lois Hansen and Bruce and Melissa Lloyd, aunt Stefanie (Hansen) Zeiler, uncle Greg Zeiler and cousin Wyatt Zeiler, aunt Jessica (Hansen) Adlesperger and uncle Tony Adlesperger, uncle Matt Lloyd and his life partner Kari Sandberg.

The family plans to hold a private service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at Wells Fargo to the Liam Lloyd Memorial Fund' and will be used to help with medical expenses.
