Matthew Charles Tulin passed away on Jan. 19, 2015, in Sandy, Utah. He was born on Dec. 22, 1965, to William G. and Betty Tulin in Fairbanks, Alaska. Being raised in Alaska, his love for nature established deeply in his heart and soul. He was most peaceful hiking, mountain biking and skiing the slopes at Snowbird. He was a great athlete, avid runner and loved playing in the water, where he water skied and jet skied. He was an accomplished Certified Public Account and worked as a Chief Financial Officer in the health care industry. He loved his family dearly, especially his soul mate, Tracey, who he met and fell in love with many years ago. Matt is survived by his mother, Betty Tulin; sister, Diana (Michael) Phillips; and fiancee, Tracey Tranter and her children, Taelor and Brooklyn Gittins. He is preceded in death by his father, William G. Tulin; and brother, John David Tulin. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Chapel, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road in Sandy, Utah.
