Robert D. Ouellette was born on Jan. 24, 1970, to Roland and Karen Ouellette in Hartford, Conn.
He passed away on Aug. 29, 2018, in Anchorage, Alaska, at the age of 48.
When he was growing up, Rob loved to play baseball; he was a talented pitcher. He also loved fishing and hunting with his father.
His favorite sports team was the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Rob was a licensed electrician for 25 years. He was an active member of the IBEW union.
He was cremated and his ashes were spread with his father's in Seward, Alaska, on Sept. 9, 2018, just below the waterfall. It was a beautiful Alaska day. His mother spread both of their ashes together.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roland Ouellette; maternal grandparents, Alva Bridges Sr. and Naomi Arnold; and his paternal grandparents, Lionel and Estelle Ouellette.
Rob is survived by his mother, Karen Ouellette; his sister, Denise Ouellette (Dorell Harper); his nieces, Alexis, Jaidyn and Abrianna; and his nephew, Jaxon.
Rob is a part of a very large and loving family that also includes many aunts, uncles and cousins.
