Tanna Marie Langdon, "Tanna Banana," was born on Wednesday, July 17, 1991, in Anchorage, Alaska, and passed away, at age 23, on May 20, 2015. Tanna was a person who loved everyone and judged no one. Her sparkling smile and contagious laugh is what uplifted the spirits of all who knew her. Her sense of humor and incredible wit brought smiles to many faces. Tanna was one tough cookie who would never let anyone or anything hurt anything or anyone she loved! She was also very artistic and loved to bring the beauty out in everything she did, inclucing baking, knitting and drawing. Tanna had a huge heart not only for the people in her life, but for animals as well. She loved the great Alaskan outdoors, but her favorite was snowboarding. Tanna was an amazing person who touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. She is the beloved daughter of Cathy Pelphry and Edward Langdon; and is also survived by sister, Laura Rathbun; brother, Rodney Rathbun; aunties, Della Chandler and Rose Phillips; uncle, William Phillips; nephews, Kingston and Dylan; niece, Elle; and cousins, Amy Lewis and Tamra Pulcino; as well as many other family and friends. Please join us in celebrating her life on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Witzleben Legacy Funeral Home, 1705 Bragaw St. in Anchorage. Wear mismatched Soxs!
