Thomas Joseph Merrill was a 4th generation San Franciscan born to Kathleen Mooney Merrill and Elmer Merrill (deceased). Tom died peacefully at Alaska Regional Hospital with his immediate family at his side. Tom was born and raised in the Sunset District, a carpenter by trade, a die-hard S.F. Giants fan, and a 49er faithful. He had a magnetic personality, a true zest for life, and made friends wherever he went. A big hearted, fun loving guy who always had a warm smile for all, and never turned down the opportunity to go fishing, boating, and camping!
