I was so sorry to hear that Wanda passed. I just want you all to know that we love you all and will keep you in our prayers. We still have trouble accepting that Jim is no longer with us and I can't imagine how you guys must feel. Love, Vicki Jarnigan, Bean Station, TN

A warm and gentle lady, a very special person in my life. I found a poem that reminded me of the Wanda I know and love so I thought I'd share.
"Don't Weep For Me"
Do not stand at my grave an weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glint on snow,
I am the sunlight on the ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight,
I am the soft starlight at night.
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep,
I am around in all you see and do,
Do not stand at my grave and weep.

My heart goes out to all of you. Wanda was such a warm, loving and caring Lady. She touched so many lives in the Valley and brought joy to many. May you find comfort in your memories and in knowing that we all care and are thinking of you and praying for you during this time of sorrow.

I met Wanda 16 years ago when my mom married her son, Allyn. I will never forget her beautiful smile and sweet spirit. I was blessed to have had her in my life and thank God that she raised such wonderful children that will continue to be a blessing to all those around them. She will never be forgotten and always be in our hearts. The heavens are rejoicing!!! I love you mom and Allyn. I continue to pray for your comfort and peace during this difficult time. Janette, Ron and kids.
