Lauren Lorraine Wiggins, 23, passed away at a home in Anchorage on March 6, 2014. A Memorial Service will be held at 12 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Anchorage City Church, 1301 West 100th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99515. A potluck style reception will follow the service at the church. Honorary pallbearers; John A. LoPresti, John M. LoPresti, Benjamin Wiggins and Kirk Fisher.

Lauren was born on September 30, 1990 in Olympia, Washington. She moved to Alaska with her family in December 2001. She lived in the Mat-Su Valley from 2001 to 2009 and Anchorage from 2009 to 2014. She graduated From Palmer High School in 2009 and went on to receive a certificate of completion from Trend Setters School of Beauty. Lauren passed the Alaska State examination and held a current hairdressers license. Currently she was working for Great Clips at Dimond and Victor and starting a new skin care business with Nerium A.D.
Her hobbies included hairdressing, makeup, modeling, music and all things "beauty queen."
The family stated, "Lauren was a beautiful soul who held her loved ones dear and close to her heart. She always strived to make others feel beautiful, happy and loved. A city-girl, whose love for traveling and experiencing the finer things in life motivated her to place effort to advance in business. Lauren left us with many fond memories and her joyful presence will be missed."
Lauren is survived by her mother, Anna Wiggins; sisters, Alexandra and Isabelle Wiggins; brother, Benjamin Wiggins; grandfather, John A LoPresti; grandmother, Belva Lynagh; aunts, Laura LoPresti and Denise Luikart; uncle, John M. LoPresti & cousins, Jessica Richardson and Laiklyn Luikart.
